There is no fixed MOQ for repeat customers. For new buyers we suggest at least 50 kW worth of mounting structure (roughly one 20-ft container) to make sea freight economically meaningful. Pilot orders below this level can still be quoted — typically combined with LCL shipping or with another inbound consolidation.

Our standard term is T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment against B/L copy. We also accept Letter of Credit at sight (L/C) from prime banks, and O/A 30 / 60 days for repeat customers with established credit history. For first orders we recommend T/T to keep transaction costs low. All quotations are in USD unless otherwise agreed.

Lead time depends on volume and product complexity:
· Standard catalog items (1 container): 15–20 days
· Custom-engineered structures (utility ground mount, agri-PV, carport): 25–35 days
· Large utility-scale orders (5 MW+): 4–6 weeks with scheduled production slots
We start production immediately upon deposit receipt and confirmed engineering drawings.

We ship from Xiamen Port via container sea freight. Typical transit times:
· Southeast Asia: 7–15 days
· Middle East: 14–22 days
· East Africa: 18–28 days
· Europe: 28–38 days
· South America: 35–45 days
· Australia: 18–25 days
We work on FOB Xiamen, CIF, CFR, or DDP — pick what suits your import setup. Air freight available for samples and urgent spare parts.

Our standard warranty:
· Aluminum structures: 10 years structural / 15 years anti-corrosion (anodized finish)
· Galvanized steel (HDG Z275–Z600): 10 years structural / 15 years anti-corrosion (zinc coating)
· Stainless fasteners (304/316): 10 years
· Stainless fasteners: lifetime (SS304 / SS316L)
Extended structural warranty up to 15 years available on request for utility-scale projects under bilateral agreement. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and material degradation under specified design loads. The full warranty document is provided with every shipment.

Every quote and shipment can include the full engineering package your project lenders typically require:
· Structural calculation report — manual + SAP2000, per local code (AS/NZS 1170, JIS C 8955, Eurocode 1991, ASCE 7, GB 50009)
· BOM and assembly drawings in DXF / PDF
· Steel mill test certificates — per coil / per shipment, direct from the mill
· Aluminum alloy certificates — grade and temper certification
· Hot-dip galvanizing thickness reports — per spec Z275 to Z600
For project-specific witness testing or bankability reports, we coordinate with third-party inspection bodies (SGS / TÜV / Intertek) at the project's cost.

Yes — in fact custom engineering is one of our specialties. Send us the site brief (location, capacity, module spec, terrain / roof type) and our structural team turns around a tailored design with full BOM and structural calc within 48 working hours. Non-standard module sizes, unusual tilt angles, agri-PV high-clearance frames, custom-color powder coating, and bespoke clamp profiles all welcome.

We supply the complete mounting + BOS package: rails, brackets, clamps, splices, grounding lugs, cable clips, and SS fasteners. We do not supply PV modules, inverters, AC cabling, or transformers. Some customers buy modules and inverters separately and consolidate all components at their destination — we can ship a partial container and coordinate with your other suppliers’ freight forwarder.
